Foundation Board Seeks Marketing and Development Manager

The TBS Foundation is seeking a paid Development and Marketing Manager to help the Foundation Board and the Rabbi achieve the goal of tripling Foundation assets over the next three years by implementing the Foundation's marketing plan. Position requires proven marketing experience; the initiative to plan, coordinate and execute a project to conclusion; and the inter-personal skill to work comfortably with the Foundation Board, the Rabbi as well as with TBS congregants. This position will oversee all marketing and coordination of solicitation activities. Additionally, associated administrative tasks must be handled with appropriate accuracy and proper record-keeping in accordance with the long-term nature of planned giving. Planned giving experience a plus. Will report to the TBS Foundation Board Chair and require up to 20 hours/week. Can possibly lead to a future full-time position with other half of the work week coordinating TBS Operating Board fund-raising and development initiatives. Please send resumes to:
