Hochberg Academy (Grades 8-12) at TBS helps students explore their identities as contemporary Reform Jewish teens, and encourages them to take their rightful roles as active adult members of the Jewish community. Assisting students in developing a strong foundation of Jewish ethics, knowledge, and spirituality, Hochberg Academy supports them as they confront the many challenges of college life and adulthood.
Our talented youth group director Ellen Zieselman has been inspiring
teens for decades– connecting them with their own Jewish identity
and other teens in Santa Fe and the Southwest with faith-based experiences that create lifelong friendships.
The Hochberg Academy is open to all Jewish 8th - 12th graders in Northern New Mexico. We meet Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30pm and
"we always have a snack".
Thanks to a generous grant from Stephen and Jane Hochberg, TBS teens have the opportunity to engage in sophisticated Jewish learning while also participating fully in our vibrant BSTY youth group.
