Ms. Deb loves working with children because each child is unique and special in their own way. She values the meaningful, lifelong connections that are built through early childhood education and appreciates the strong sense of community and family within the preschool. She believes that no two children are alike, and enjoys supporting and celebrating each child’s individual personality and growth.

Ms. Sara has been working in early childhood education for a decade, and has spent 1 year at TBS Preschool. She has her associates degree in Elementary Education and is currently working towards her associates in Early Childhood Education.

Ms. Sara loves helping kids learn and develop their confidence. She values play-based learning, where children can become "first scientists" while investigating how they can manipulate their environment.

In her personal life, Ms. Sara enjoys taking care of her 2 kids and reading from her expansive home library!

Ms. Ella grew up in the Temple Beth Shalom community. She's always had an interest in Early Childhood education, and she is grateful that her path led her back home. 

Ms. Ella loves how children are so curious and naturally compassionate. She feels that children have so much to teach us.

Ms. Felicia is one of our newest teachers at TBS Preschool. She started in February 2026, but she has made such a meaningful impact on our school. Ms. Felicia holds a master's degree in exercise science, and has even taught Pre-K Physical Education classes!

Ms. Felicia is passionate about helping her students learn language and new skills. 

Ms. Diana has been working with young children for the past 5 years. She also recently graduated with her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.

Ms. Diana emphasizes the importance of the first four years of a child's life, as it builds the foundation for who they will become. Whether they are practicing their problem solving skills or trying to write their name, they are learning something new about the world. Ms. Diana feels truly honored to witness these monumental moments.

Ms. Lena has been at TBS Preschool since 2023. Lena is very creative and loves to try new and exciting projects with her students. 

Lena enjoys watching how the students at TBS grow and change from 18 months old to 5 years old. She believes the preschool experience is a significant time in a child's life as they learn about communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
